PR1. TRAINING COURSE FOR PPI MANAGERS
This Project Result consists of an innovative training course for PPI Managers and consistent with the paradigm ECVET, aiming to upgrade and disseminate the existing knowledge of PPI.
In a first phase, it will involve trainers, consultants and researchers of partner organisations in the development phase of training material. The next phase will take place in conjunction with trainers and VET providers of the territories and the last phase of piloting will have the active involvement of Associations and Universities for the identification of learners who will participate in the pilot training and achieve certification.

This handbook is a comprehensive resource meticulously crafted to support the development of a professional profile specialised in the field of the Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI), the PPI Manager. It enables to support on the one hand the PA in the implementation of Public Procurement of Innovation, on the other hand companies (in particular SMEs and innovative start-ups) in participation in PPI and in the proper exploitation of its own innovative potential.
Thus, this handbook aims to equip future specialists – PPI Managers, administrations, SMEs and innovative business consulting start-ups, training institutions, researchers, professionals, trainers and mentors with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the dynamic realm of PPI, seeking to empower individuals to harness the transformative potential of PPI effectively.

PR2. PPI MANAGER DIGITAL TOOL-KIT
This Project Result provides the development and testing of a package of web-based working tools extremely innovative, which will support future PPI Managers.
The development phase of the tools will be curated by the consultants, technicians and researchers of the partner organisations in close liaison with colleagues at work on PR1, so as to ensure maximum complementarity between the products of the project.
This development phase will take place through meetings with the relevant stakeholders, in particular public authorities, government organisations in the fields of SMEs and R&D and employers’ associations.
PR3. PPI MASSIVE OPEN ONLINE COURSE (MOOC)
This Project Result will be based on training material (PR1) and tools (PR2) already tested and validated to create an inclusive, transparent and dynamic Open Education Resources.
The main goal is to offer a concrete possibility of specialization on the Public Procurement of Innovation to all future PPI Managers who will be interested, starting from the newly graduated in economics and management engineering (disciplines most consistent with this domain) to reach professionals, coaches, mentors and advisors.
PPI MOOC is crucial to ensure the sustainability of the project methodology over time and will ensure the permanent availability of the training course.
